Warning! When you get your copy, you’re going to be tempted to flick through the book and look at all the pictures. But avoid it if you can, there are spoilers in some of the pictures!  Ok, you can if you want, but don’t say I didn’t warn you. I did try and keep the illustrations without too many spoilers, but really there were some things I couldn’t avoid without, well, not drawing them at all.

Hi Claire, I’m hoping the book will be available in July but don’t have a firm release date yet until I approve printed versions. When I do have an exact release date I’ll be notifying the people signed up to the newsletter on this site, so it’s the best way to find out.

Depending on the price I think I am going to have to get a signed copy from you. I don’t think I will ever be able to personally meet you, but I would love to have something personally signed by you. Unless you think you might be touring to Seattle, WA? A girl can dream :)

I have a copy in eBook, now I want a physical copy. I would usually go the cheapest paperback form, but I really want a copy that is signed by you. Although I really do prefer hardbacks, but it isn’t signed! So I will probably start off with the paperback and maybe ask my husband for the hardback for a Christmas or birthday present.
I take really good care of my books, I don’t dog ear, I don’t even break the spines. I don’t lend out my books anymore because I get really annoyed with the condition they come back in, the only books I do lend out are the ones that are already a little beat up, those I am ok with lending out.

I want them all! 1 down, 2 more to go :)

I ordered the paperback and then took advantage of the coupon code and downloaded the e-book since mail from Australia to Michigan in the US takes a little time. It’s not bad shipping time, but I couldn’t wait to get started! :)

I’ll probably get a hardcover at some point because I too can be a bit hard on my books.

I’m not really an e-book fan and I don’t see myself becoming one any time soon, but in this instance, I will admit that they’re handy. Thankfully, with the use of Overdrive from my library, I don’t actually need to own a Nook or Kindle to read it. :)

I’m on chapter 4 now but had to make myself put it down because I have a paper due tonight!

Oh, btw, as a thought for how you can offer signed hardcovers, you could offer a signed bookplate that could be placed inside for those who forward proof of purchase to you. Richard Paul Evans has done that from time to time because he doesn’t tour much anymore.

    Just a thought!

That’s a great idea! I already have some book plates printed up, so I can use them :)
